As an active art school, Musrara School hires some of the best artists and lecturers as faculty and aspires to develop novel art teaching approaches and combine them with innovative technology.
The location of the school in one of Jerusalem’s historical neighborhoods invites an ongoing occupation with the social questions, which led to the struggle of the Black Panthers, and its ramifications.
We are happy to share our knowledge, methodology and material, which we have collected and developed over the years, and adjust it according to the various ages and varied audiences. We offer a wide spectrum of programs dealing with both the techniques of photography as a means of artistic expression and technological innovations such as modeling, laser cutting and 3D printers.
A one-time or ongoing activity can be booked and combined with various components such as a tour of the Musrara neighborhood, meeting with a former member of the Black Panthers movement, hands-on photography workshop or a MAKING workshop in the school’s interactive lab – the JerusaLab, guided tour of the exhibitions on display at the school gallery.
Please fill out the activity order form and we will get back to you as soon as we can with further details and a customized offer.
